Kwik Fit - London - Lower Hampstead

This morning I went to Kwick Fit in Lissenden Gardens Hampstead, to change bulb on my brake light. Mechanic who's changed the light was excellent and very professional .I leave near by and always use this branch, and everyone is amazing, hard working and very, very friendly. I'm extremely grateful for their help. Those mechanics deserve 10 stars, they are brilliant. I will certainly recommend this branch. Wishing you all well. Maria

Excellent service and really helpful team. I had booked my car in for a tyre check and they found a previous issues with one of the tyre which caused a bolt to snap- one of the team went above and beyond to help me sort it out (really frustrated I have forgotten his name but young very friendly guy and it was on 20th July - he should be employee of the month!) Would 100% recommend using these guys, I will be returning for my MOT!

Hugo is amazing.
He was in work about 90 minutes earlier than opening time, which allowed me to leave the car with him and go to work.
Around 9am he's called me to let me know that all of it was sorted.

An extremely helpful, polite and friendly team who did an excellent job repairing a tyre/alloy. Very knowledgeable and they put right a problem caused by a previous garage. I would definitely recommend them.

Had a slow air pressure leak and as I’m very local I took my car here. They were very busy and I hadn’t made an appointment but one of their technicians very kindly diagnosed the problem in about 5 mins. The alloy was cracked. They recommended an alloy specialist about two miles away. My tyre was put back on and filled with air. I was assured the pressure wouldn’t drop significantly whilst making the journey, I was given a print out of the alloy specialist’s details. I wasn’t charged a penny. I think the technician’s name was Hugo, in case I’ve got his name wrong he drives a Mini Cooper 😊 The recommended alloy specialist was excellent. Was back on the road with a repaired alloy within an hour.
I will now be a regular customer at this branch of Kwik Fit. Great customer service. Thanks Hugo (the technician who drives a Mini Cooper) 👍🏼👍🏼

I called Kwik Fit on Lissenden Gardens this morning to see if I could get assistance with a flat tyre, I was advised that I would not be able to get any help until after Christmas. After explaining my desperation, I was advised to visit the branch but will have to leave my car until a Mechanic could squeeze me in. I got a call to come and collect my vehicle after 5 hours which I am eternally grateful for, a massive thank you to Darren and his team for helping our family in need for the Christmas. I would recommend anyone to visit as the customer service is amazing and the guys go above and beyond to help.

Came in today for a diagnostic report was greeted with a smile dealt with swiftly they got to the bottom of my problem and I'm so happy I've booked in for a service with them in a week's time. Keep up the good work lads I will be recommending to whoever will listen. 1 happy customer 😊

It was the end of the year, I had a puncture that morning and I was due to drive to a New Year's Eve party in the evening. I called Kwikfit and although there were no booking slots, the guy asked me to bring it in after 11am and they would try their best to fit me in. So I did. They fixed it within half an hour, and I drove away feeling very, very happy.
