I had all 4 of my tyres replaced here. I found them to be quick and professional. I noticed a couple of weeks afterwards that one wheel had its nut caps missing. I phoned and told them and they quickly ordered a new set. I then had to go back a week ago because I had a screw in one tyre. They patch repaired it there and then. Great service and excellent value.

The whole process was quite annoying. Booked in for a full service online for £189. I just can’t really see what you get for that money. I was one of the first to drop off my car at the drop off time and I was one of the last cars ready to collect. I called them 5 times after 4pm for an update, they don’t pick up, ever. They never contacted me to say car was ready I had to walk over there and check after work, hoping I was gonna have a vehicle. They never signed my service book that I left on the front seat. They said they would look at the engine light being on, the engine light was and is still on when they gave the car back to me, nothing about it on their report. Also they’ve said on a report that the break discs are corroding but never did they call me and ask if I might want these changed while it’s in there, I just can’t figure out what the £189 worth of ‘service’ is for to be honest because I could have changed the oil and air filter myself. Now I’ve gotta go and find yet another garage to help a young single female out with her car. It’s exhausting.

Not serous people. I book for an mot 2 month before, I when there at appointment and they told me I didn't book I told them they wrote it in the agenda he check and the appointment it was there with reg and my details. But they told me can't do it. So I asked for another appointment they give me another date. The day before they call me and they say they can't do it, so I aske them if is possible in another brunch, he said I have to call the other brunch they don't. In 5 days my MOT expires they made all the mess and I have to find some where else to do mot because they are unable to manage bookings and they don't remedy there mistakes. Never agen go even near them. Ridiculous people.

Followed my car sat nav to the postcode stated & ended up in the wrong place. Arrived at 2.28pm for a 2.30pm appointment & was turned away for being late. No understanding shown. Appalling service from a patronising power tripper.

Steer well clear guys. Took 1.5 hours to complete at MOT to fail it on something that appears to be broken by themselves and also 4 other MOT centres agreed it should not be failed on this. Being a female driver I am meticulous with my car and would have noticed the broken part on the front of the car. Then acted as if they are doing me a favour will charge me 14.99 for partial retest and 15 for some headlight alignment. Seems they are after a few extra ££. Service was just so unprofessional and almost a little patronizing being a female. Many other much more reliable and better places to have the MOT done.

Ok, service, tyres, mot, all good. Surprise surprise the price is not as good as you expected, part of Halfords but the price is not a part of Halfords prices, it is the same. Overall I will recommend this place as it is not worse than others but the man behind the counter at least is the honest one.

Do feel like all local garages are milking their customers, tried most of them in Orpington over the years and no one is truly honest. The worst of all is the JAW automobile (quoted me to replace the parking sensor worth £30 over £440) - done by myself in 10 minutes, part bought online

My tyre delivery was late. The shop manager politely asked for rescheduling the appointment. Have the tyre replacement 2 days later. I'm satisfied with their service since it is not their issue but logistics delay due to bad weather

Really bad

I booked a wheel alignment service from their website and prepaid for it. Upon arriving to the center and checking in reception I was told there is nothing they can do due to their door or shutter being jammed.

Now I have to chase them up endlessly and fill out god knows how many forms to get my money back.
