Sorted my car out in good time and spotted a fault with my other tyre that I would never have known about.
I was going for a long drive and it could have been disastrous or worse

I visited Kwik Fit, County Oak on Sunday, 21st August, 2022. I had a puncture in a rear tyre. Sean Jackson, the manager, was extremely courteous and professional. I thought I’d be looking at a new tyre and the cost that goes with that. On closer examination, Dean informed me that the puncture could be repaired.
His colleague carried out the repair promptly and thoroughly, explaining the process to me. It was an excellent job, very reassuring and I left confident that it was a job well done.
On reflection I would always recommend this branch of Kwik Fit. It would been so easy to say that I needed a new tyre but the honesty and superb customer service would always ensure this outlet of Kwik Fit would be my first port of call in the future if I needed honest, professional, thorough work carried out on my vehicle. Many thanks to Dean and his colleague.

Booked a standard replacement for two tyres at a reasonable price.
Got a call the day before asking if I wanted to come in early. Timing was perfect.
Took the car over and left it for the work. Completed within the given time and advised me of some issues affecting the other tyres. This correlated with a recent service report. Well spotted.
Did the work there and then and kept me informed all the time.
Highly impressive attitude and efficiency.

Went in with an engine management light issue for them to run a diagnostic,. Said there would be a charge which I said was fine. They ran the diagnostic and told me the issue which they couldn't fix but recommended another repairer in the Crawley area and said this was FOC. That made a bad day a good day and i would recommend the boys there everytime. Excellent service

Had to make couple of visits over the last month to get tyres and tracking sorted. On both occasions tracking was done to perfection on both cars (I've previously been to other places and had to go back several times for them to get it correctly sorted...) Fair price for tyres. Hopefully won't be back again too soon!, but will do when I next need tyres or alignment. Thanks

I cannot recommend this branch enough. I had a nightmare day in which I had a blow out and I noticed kwik fit was nearby and the manager Tom couldn’t have been more helpful and fixed it in no time. All the staff were so kind and helpful and they all Managed to make a stressful situation not so bad after all. 5 stars from me 😊

I recently came to Kwik fit as. My car was slightly pulling to the left.
I dropped it off at 08:00 and it was ready for collection by 09:15.

Very helpful branch. They managed to squeeze us in last minute on a Sunday as we thought we had a slow puncture. After a thorough inspection, Gareth told us that the screw hadn’t gone through the tyre and after checking for leaking air he confirmed we were all good to go. Thanks Gareth, you were super helpful and we will definitely be using your branch in the future!
