ATS Euromaster Redditch

Very friendly and professional staff. Whilst I was there I noticed that they went above and beyond for an elderly lady that had come in for a free health check on her car and even offered to fit replacement wiper blades for free that she had purchased. Waiting area could be a little nicer perhaps with new cleaner seating, tv and working coffee and tea machine.

Have used ATS Redditch previously and been v happy with the service provided. However they’ve caused massive issues recently. MOT due 24/8/22. Booked in for service & MOT 13/8 to be told on arrival MOT tester had left and no one could do it. Had service done and rebooked MOT for today 11am. Arrived to be told the new MOT tester had also left meaning no MOT can be done AGAIN, only 3 days now till due. No phone call to tell me in advance, and MOT already paid for. Had to phone around frantically and managed to get it booked in elsewhere monday 22/8 afternoon. Very poor service and unlikely to use again.

ATS you need to do better, poor customer service, now have to await refund, still got to pay for other MOT plus the inconvenience and fuel used to get to and from garage in traffic.

Took them 5 days to change a tyre. Was told £80 on day of drop off. Told £103 on the day I pick it up.
Awful service. Bunch of clowns.

Got a puncture yesterday and limped into ATS Redditch late afternoon needing help, the manager was extremely helpful and took a look pretty quickly and attempted a repair but tyre was ruined by its puncture. A new tyre was ordered for next day delivery and the manager rang a taxi for me to get me home.The new tyre was fitted by 10am the following day,

Been going here 4 a life time almost. Very under staffed, however, never a frown, cross word, always a smile, a bunch of modern day multi-tasking lads, who blow your mind with positive vibes under stressful conditions. A bub thank you from me.

Turned up on 08/12/2022 car booked in for MOT and full service. No Mot person as he is on holiday. The phone number on record was wrong but no email communications. Asked for a refund and told it will take 5-10 DAYS to be processed, they take the money instantly but a long delay in a refund. Sign on the door says they are short staffed and have limited opening hours however this is also not reflected on the Website.

Obvious staffing issues at the site. Avoid if you can.

Great service from Andy and the lads today. Would be difficult not consider these guys first when I need tyres again. Well done 👏🏼

Disgraceful experience! Avoid!!!!!! Yet another wheel damaged while fitting a tyre at ATS! No care for your car, so please avoid it if you take pride in your motor. After damaging the wheel they admitted fault, said the machine has caught it, we apologise.... end! So now the damage is worth more than the 2 tyres (michelin PS4) I had put on my audi s5. Shocking experience! Very disappointed will be taking it further. Took 2 of my cars there and both experiences ended up costing me more than the tyres fitted! Please avoid if you care about your wheels, because THEY WILL GET DAMAGED AT ATS!
