Good service from the staff. The prices are marked at market rate; although I recommend doing these online beforehand to get the prices. In store prices might be higher. Few things they could do for me to score five stars: 1. Make hot drinks free. 2. In colder months, the waiting area gets cold so not comfortable. The tiny radiators are not sufficient. 3. Offer free WiFi in the waiting area.

Jack was amazing. I had to change my appointment by a few hours on the day and it was no problem. Great air on service. Car smells great and is supercool! Will definitely use again.

Booked an air con regas online for Sunday, it required paying for up front. I received a confirmation email which said to contact the local store to confirm the time to go along. I tried from 10am to get an answer. I had to ring five times. The operative advised that he had been overbooked and could not fit me in. Really poor service. Felt sorry for the operative as he had to explain on the companies behalf. Still waiting for refund.

Booked my car in Monday for break pads to be fixed and ended up needing a bit more work, which was unexpected but made sense and wasn’t just some mechanic having me on. The price difference was a lot more but was in no way pressured at all and everything price wise was explained to me in detail. I had the car completely fixed and back to me in the space of a few hours. I cant remember the name of the guy I dealt with on the front desk but he was lovely and polite every time I spoke to him. Will definitely return in future.

Perfect service! Alex is great at costumer service. Get my car sorted with no issues, happy, would definitely recommend !

Absolutely rubbish, opened late, then after removing all four wheels, deflating all four tyres, hanging around for an hour and a half, finally telling me they didn't have the replacement tyres in. Had to reinflate the tyres and put wheels back on the car. What a waste of two and a half hours I'll never get back.

MOT booked in for 9.30, need new pads. Still here at gone 4pm. No communication unless I ask. Phone doesn’t stop ringing with no one answering. Car blocked in so once finished still can’t get it. Clearly very understaffed. Much better at the gambrel road one.

UPDATE:
At the moment my car is with a different garage because over 60 miles per hour the whole car is vibrating….
Today I had my appointment with this garage to change my tyres two of them preparing my car for the holiday coming, unfortunately due to COVID our budget been seriously hit so I had to change only two of them. When I arrived the guy from reception very professionally advised me that they will start changing my tyres as soon as possible. While I was waiting for the job to be done I asked the person who actually was doing the job his opinion about my front tyres which I asked to be swapped with rear and to put the new one in front, he said that they are very bad and he won’t use them. I don’t understand why I wasn’t advised that my decision to keep these pair of tyres is wrong and I am not safety … so I decided to change my mind and asked if possible to leave the rear tyres I had before and change the really bad one. He said NO I CANT DO IT BECAUSE I AM HALF WAY THROUGH so I insisted and after he went to speak with his manager he done as I asked. After that he became agitated and really nervous kicking things throwing things around. I will attach some pictures to see how my car was looking after he finish the job. My front car got some black spots and tyres I think speak from themselves. I really don’t understand why these people are acting like that when actually he was dealing on the time I paid for and he supposed to think safety first, I am not a professional as he is and I will always listen to his advise.
