I phoned today 2pm needing a new battery. Spoke to a lovely chap who gave me a very reasonable price and that they would try to get it today. Phoned them when I finished work at 4.30 to be told they had it all ready at the garage. Drove straight there and within 10 minutes I was on my way home with my new battery fitted. Cannot fault them on value for money or service. Brilliant garage

Absolutely sterling service delivered by the guys at Wheildon tyres. Going into these places as a female alone can be daunting and intimidating (I’m sure a lot of women know what I mean) and the guys in the garage were super friendly and had lots of patience with me. From the first phone call, discussing my requirements to fitting they were absolutely brilliant. They went above and beyond, 10/10 for service. I went in as my tyre seemed to be slowly loosing air, they didn’t check the tyre over and just carried out a ‘puncture repair’. This cost me £24. While driving home my tyre pressure warning light come on so I stopped to check/fill them. The one they had supposedly repaired was very low and I could now hear air leaking from what seemed to be the valve. I went straight back and they tightened the valve and informed me it was fixed. The next day when I came out of work I thought I could hear it leaking again so took it back. They then replaced my valve and charged me a further £35. So a total of £59 for what only ended up being a new valve. I assumed, being tyre specialists, that they would have at least checked the cause of the leak before charging me for work I didn’t need. Would not recommend and will definitely not be going back.

Quick, efficient and helpful. They took in pre-booked jobs and would also look to help someone who just arrived.

Arrived at the unit and the Van was called straight in without any delay, All Staff were very polite and Helpful and even though i had only 1 tyre fitted the fitter went round and ensured all the existing tyres held the correct pressure before i left which i thought pushed the boundary of excellence .. Great Service !!
