SMS are outstanding . They offer excellent service and are always competitively priced. The reception staff Nicky and Becky are so helpful and just lovely . They go above and beyond and will always try to help whatever your car predicament. Calm, kind and so so helpful .

I am very disappointed with the services this garage provided. I drop one of my company van to do the MOT test and they failed ( break parts, break discs and 2 tyres) The quote received from this company was more than double compare with other garages.
I did the repair /replaced parts on the different garage and I come back to them to check on the last day of the 10 days period of time they give me, I was there before they closed, but they doesn’t want to do it and told me to come back when I have a booking ( the person did the MOT on the first visit told me to come back anytime). For me to go back means to pay another MOT Test.
Very bad experience for me.

I iniatially had trouble with the Air con regassing. I took it in again and the problem resolved.
I took advantage of the free tyre/brake check.

I take my car here as the customer service is always very friendly and helpful. The waiting area has comfy sofas, TV and free hot drinks plus there is a monitor covering the workshop. If your car does need work they allow you to spread the cost interest free.

Went to get a strange clunking noise checked out, fixed the problem and did a free tyre check while there. Needed a
1 new tyre,quoted and fitted within 10 minutes, outstanding service. Thanks.

Always a joy to get the work done. Very friendly people to deal with. Always offering discounted rates and in this economic climate to put yourself into the customer's shoes and saving some money for the customer is something other vendors should learn from Protyre. Got the MOT done this time - painless and comfortable experience. Highly recommended
