The garage is ok, fitted 4 tyres for me bought through Blackcircle tyres so price nothing to recommend Hadleigh Tyres for but the people who do the fitting are not at all customer orientated, unfriendly and hostile although I’m sure they don’t realise that. I asked how long to fit the four tyres as I didn’t want to wait in their dark waiting area on a sunny day and was told half an hour. Got back on time only to find it took another 35 minutes until the work was completed.
The work was ok but not a good experience.

Lovely team, super helpful and got the 4 wheels changed on my MR2 MK1 in a record 35 minutes! Had a great chat about classics as well as I waited.

Went to this place last minute , an hour before they closed and they managed to fit me two new front tyres there and then which was brilliant. I am very greatful for that. Can't fault them on that. And for a good price.

However, you don't get a hello when you turn up, you're made to feel as though you're not wanted there and none of the tyre fitters actually talk to you, you just get a stare. I probably won't go here again.

I have lived on the outskirts of Hadleigh for nearly twenty years and used this branch many times. The four staff I dealt with ( Gavin, Jason, Phil and James ) were exceptional and a real credit to HTS Haleigh.

Called them about a slow puncture and they booked me in first tjjng in the morning. Went to do my shopping and when I came back tyre was fixed (had a screw in it). Price was £20 which I was delighted about. Nice staff great service. Definitely go again.
