Really genuine staff, I brought 4 part worn tyres good value however they made a lot of road noise, we there fore found out they were winter tyres, we called back to say we didn't want these one because of the noise, without hesitation they told me to come back and they would change them for ones which suited better, which they did with no problems and no charge, definitely use them again.

I did my MOT here in the last 2 years and they provide great service and are very professional. I had a left side indicator bulb blown and they replaced it without a failure entry in the MOT. They have an online appointment as well which is very helpful to me. I would definitely recommend them for anyone.

I turned up without an appointment. Everyone so happy and polite. I thought I needed new tyres, turns out both rear were punctured. The fronts were also checked so now I feel so much more confident.

I always feel looked after by the GW team, they are a fab bunch and that includes Tracy in reception as she has to deal with some rum characters on the phone but always remains professionally polite.

Very disappointed. Feel very let down. Held van to ransom as I couldn't pay over the phone. Used them for 10years but customer relations don't count for much. Everyday at least one van has a problem during mot not sure I trust them Now! Say no morr

Excellent customer service and communication.
Tyres arrived next day and swapped over straight away by two technicians, so all done in roughly 20 minutes max.
Definitely recommend and will return for servicing!!!
