Tread X Tyres

We hit a pothole on the way to our holidays on Sunday evening, we had a ferry to catch in Portsmouth
NO-ONE could help as they are 22" rims....our Son found Tread X Tyres on line,he spoke to Caroline on the phone who promised us fitment within the hour????? Yeah right!!!!
Tim the owner was at our house within the hour.....

Lady on the phone was friendly and really helpful. The guy was on his way while we were still on the phone to her. He arrived really fast, nice guy, checked all my other tyres while he was there too. Would definitely use them again but hoping I don’t need to

Although when you initially arrive here the first thought to pop into your head is "this looks like a place where people with gambling debts go missing forever", it's not the case (probably).
Service is fast, staff are friendly, great stock levels and the prices are way lower than anywhere else. Main dealers use this place too. HIGHLY recommend them 👍

Tim helped me massively when my tyre blew out the other day and offered to quickly change my wheel for me as I’d been waiting for breakdown for a while on the motorway. So so grateful for his help as I was in quite a dangerous area and he allowed me to get on my way quickly and safely! Thanks so much again!!

Visited Tread X today to price 2 rear tyres for CLK, what great service and competitive pricing. Really good value, drove straight in and was out in 20 minutes. 2 new tyres supplied and fitted for the cost of 1 at 'High Street' providers. I will definitely use again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If I could leave 0 starts I would, we had a mobile tyre fitter out and changed a tyre which after 4 days of driving on has blown out on the motorway! They are not interested in helping to fix the situation and quite frankly are EXTREMELY RUDE!! Also then put the phone down on me. I would not touch them with a barge pole. Save your money!!

Service and communication over the phone was great, call out time was quick, really impressed, especially being on a Sunday!
James was great, polite, cheerful and really helpful! He managed to quickly sort the issue to get me back on the road!
I am hugely impressed with Tread X Tyres and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!
