Very easy to follow Web site to choose tyres and book fitting time and date. Also prices are good for good quality tyres, my car did receive the multiple checks believe is all part of the service. the skilled fitter was guy called Bruno and a decent fella he is, nice waiting room comfy chairs while you wait. Took around hour to safety check car and fit 2 front tyres. I had Hilo Green tyres with ballance and values on 225/45/18 worked out at £66 each, really good value tyres with full tread pattern. ATS Retford easy to find directly opposite Retford Oakes School just of main roundabout..

No quibble aircon recharge with groupon voucher got straight to it aircon works fine now. Would recommend. Nice guys good service

Popped in for advice on the tyres of my new car. Was given honest advice that means no money paid at the moment, but will be back when I do need new tyres, as it was great to have honesty.

Great service, nothing was too much trouble.

Had 2 tyres replaced and 4 wheel track alignment by Bruno at this Branch. The service I received was excellent. I am delighted with the work and how I was treated I had an appointment for 12. 30 pm and arrived on time, after a short explanation from Bruno he started to work on the car.

I had an accident late at night and left my car in ATS car park. I come in next day and was met by Ian. I explained I was on holiday there and needed my car later that day if possible. Ian pulled out all the stops. Replaced my damaged tyres. Fixed my damaged exhaust and Reset my wheel tracking all before 3 o’clock. I cannot believe there is people like Ian still about these days. He even showed me the prices on the price board so I felt I was not a woman being took advantage of. I thank Ian at ATS in Retford and I hope he gets the recognition for this. I am not from Retford but I will be using my local ATS in future and hope all the staff are trained the same way Ian is. Thanks ATS for being a company I can trust.

Called in on spec with a problem unrelated to tyres - heat shield hanging loose under the car which was causing me concern. Only two guys working as they are understaffed but one came over as I was leaving and carried out a temporary repair. He then refused to charge me or take anything for a drink.. a true customer service legend. Makes me want to give them my business in future. Passed this on to head office. Hope he gets recognition he deserves
