Great customer service here at Norwich 15 Old Palace Rd.
Fast checkups and friendly staff. Matthew who was helping me out provided me with all the necessary information and transparent, fast service. They showed me what exactly was wrong with the car and gave plenty of advice on my options (absolutely no pressure)
While my car was in the garage Matt kept me updated on what is going on and when I will be able to pick up my car.

Found tyre pros to be extremely professional. Had my daughters car in for a rear break check. Whilst on it they boil tested the fluid and recommended changing in a year or so .they did not charge as no work was required. Where as when vauxhall serviced ours they wanted to change it every year 🤣 .I now send both my daughters there as I know they are looked after.

I take my car to STS for various reasons and always have excellent service. I find Leon and his team exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Service with a smile. A problem will always be resolved and this last time was no exception. I also love the fact that they will keep my tyre pressures in check.

Managed to get a booking at short notice today with a flat tyre.Staff were really friendly & helpful in explaining the possible options when I arrived.
Required a new tyre which was in stock and same brand as my current tyres. Great service all round.Thank you.

Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend using here. My technician was matt, who was very knowledgeable, helpful and when anything needed changing/adjusting that would cost me money, he physically showed why and what my options were before commencing the work. I will no longer use anywhere else to get my tyres changed.

This was the first time I had used these guys and very impressed. The core service delivery (four tyres and tracking) was excellent but what will bring me back was the Leon (I presume the manager). Despite the fact their online payments system had gone down and he was obviously under great pressure he kept his cool and made me laugh with his natural humour and willingness to to engage in banter. This to me is gold dust and far more important than a few £'s on price comparison. As long as they look after my hat (left in their waiting room) I will return definitely for my next set of tyres and recommend to one and all.

I've been using Sts Old Palace for some 18 years. Leon and his team are friendly, helpfully, and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend 👌
