ATS Euromaster Llandudno

Took our Nissan here for new brake pads and when the car was returned we noticed awful noises when using the brakes. Returned the car to ATS and was told nothing was wrong this was "normal" for new brake pads. Continued to use the car for a day and noises started getting worse and car wasn't driving properly, again returned to ATS who looked and insisted all was good...

Finally took the car to Nissan in Chester who informed us several parts were missing and that because of this the discs now needed replacing because they had warped (we then booked the car in with Nissan Chester to rectify the problems caused by ATS). Provided this information to us in writing (including photos) to take to ATS who again refused anything was wrong.

Now talking with trading standards etc. about our next steps.

I'd advise avoiding ATS Llandudno at all costs, I'm disgusted with their lack of service, customer care and shocking work (if you can call it that).

Great service. Booked van in for a tyre replacement and all sorted quickly bang on the appointment time. Returned next day for a torque check at the end of the day, one of the guys recognised the van and had another guy ready with torque wrench in hand. Sorted in 2 mins. Really friendly and efficient - thanks :-)

Excellent service, quoted tyre prices at this depot cheaper than online store. Well worth a visit.

I’ve always experienced great customer service from Anthony the Manager and from a member of his team, Paul. Whether checking my tyres or refilling the gas for my air con, ATS are there to help their customers and provide a service you can trust.

I had pads fitted when dics needed doing and took it to garage today I have to pay again for new pads and dics it was only two month ago this garage fitted pads on the rear which is not late to fit pads without new dics not using this garage again customer service was terrible I can’t find any form to fill in

Genuinely shocked by the service I just received. Have been going to this place for years. Clearly the guy who dealt with me woke up on the wrong side of bed this morning. Turned up for my MOT booked 2 months in advance. Had it down as 9:30 and remember the conversation clearly as we were surprised I wasn’t the first one booked in that day so far in advance. Turned up at 9:10 to be told I was late and they wouldn’t do it. Even if I had booked for 9, which of course Is possible, mistakes happen, to be told tough and sent away for being 10 minutes late. No attempt to fit me in, no apologetic nature. It was my fault and tough basically. Horrible manner and so so different to what I’ve always had in the past. Must be new manager/workers. DO NOT USE. I certainly never will again and neither will my family.

Booked the car in for an MOT and 2 new tires after reading some good reviews about the place. I wasn't disappointed. They called to inform me the tires might not be delivered in time, but luckily,
they were. No-nonsense honest and knowledgeable staff. Recommended.

Popped into ATS Llandudno as the tyre pressure light appeared on my dash. Told the chap in the office and he said no problem if I can wait 5 minutes he'll check all the tyres for me. He appeared and pumped all the tyres up. They warning light disappeared. There was no charge either. Thanks very much. Quality service.
