Kwik Fit - Caerphilly

Massive thanks to Corey for going above and beyond today, he pulled out all the stops to change my flat tyre by getting one delivered from the Cardiff branch because Caerphilly didn't have any in stock. Thanks to him I was able to avoid having to leave my car there for the weekend and drive home again in under 1.5hrs.... Definitely top quality customer service and would choose to go there again over my local branch.

Called in this morning as my car's engine splash shield had dropped suddenly, causing a very loud noise as it dragged along the floor. The guy on reception (Dale?) was very helpful. After around 20 minutes he returned my keys - they had refitted the shield and added an extra safety pin, all for no charge. While I was waiting, he gave an elderly couple their receipt and opened the door for them as they left. I was very impressed with the courtesy shown, and will gladly return again when my car needs any work.

Really helpful, I purchased a new vehicle which had low tyres from standing in the showroom and wasn't familiar with the car to know how to reset the computer, took it here and they put the air in for me no bother at all. Thank you.

Shout out to dale and the team for sourcing, collecting and fitting our tyres within an hour or so to enable us to get back to Scotland so we can celebrate new years. fantastic service and would recommend to anyone. Thanks for saving the day !
