Fantastic service every time and nothing too much trouble for them. Friendly from start to finish and I can’t praise Scott up enough for always squeezing us in around our busy business.

Not very happy as only use tyre place once and will never use company ever again I only found one bolt on tyre had snap off when need puncher fixed and happened stood next to guy that sorting my puncher out which so new it was not my regular tyre firm fault.All I can say keep note what was last company work on tyres and double no nuts bolt missing with every tyre change.some very iffy firms out their that won't admit damage to tyres more so if woman so protyre firm I never use again I need people and company I can trust.

Poor customer experience. No knowledge of tyres. They tried to sell me run flats which are not made for my car. Eventually found the right tyres but not in stock so were put on order. When I went back to have them fitted a few days later, I found they had not been ordered as there was a 'system ordering fault' . I think it was the human operating the system was more of the problem! No call to say there was a problem therefore wasted my time. Dont use this garage use the one across the raod owned by Halfords they gave great advice and customer service and were able to get and fit the tyres the next day

I had my car serviced yesterday at one if your garages in cardiff on cowbridge road.

I have to say what a brilliant service k recurved from the young man in charge.

Even though he was overrun with work and let down badly by his colleagues which left just the two of them all day keeping the place running , this young man kept a cool head with some difficult customers he remained professional at all times and above all polite.

My service was carried out to the full and I could not be more pleased, they young man and his colleague deserve a huge Pat on the back from their supervisor GREAT TEAMWORK.

After a unusually complex and stuttering service due to a variety of reasons - all was rectified at the end by garage management, with a good will discount on required repair work - will continue to use.

Polite and efficient check-in. 2 new tyres fitted in 25 mins. Excellent.
