I have been waiting about 10 days now a a deal on a Ford Transit custom 6 seater was promised by Martyn Dearden Transaction Manager that I would have it all by Saturday morning 27th March 2021 and surprise nothing.
Called them the afternoon to speak to Martyn and was unable as on a call was promised he would call back but no call tried to call them several times this afternoon and the phone just rings off.
TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Gary Pesticcio YOU NEED TO KICK YOUR STAFF UP THE BACKSIDE SHAMBOLIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
It's a shame I have to give you 1 star as you don't deserve that
