First visit to this really friendly garage to sort headlamp. Excellent service. Family business and in village where I live. No more travelling to Rhyl for service, MOT and tyres. Absolutely thrilled. Try this amazing garage. You will not be disappointed!

Unfortunately I had a bottom arm and CV boot billed but only the bottom arm was replaced. I had paid for a CV boot which wasn’t replaced and had 2 other garages confirm neither had been replaced recently. The worrying factor for me other than paying £100 for something which wasn’t done, was the fact the ball joint wasn’t secure. The garage had left the ball joint unsecure deeming the car unsafe to drive. Having the continued experience of the car pulling across the road I was advised by a friend it might be the tracking and not the work done at the garage. I had the tracking done which helped but not fix the issue of a ball joint not being fully functional and attached properly. I was being pulled into corners whilst driving and having a really scary time behind the wheel. I went back to the garage which test drove the car but didn’t know what the issue was and sent me to another garage they know to inspect. Unfortunately they didn’t find out the issue, I wasn’t prepared to go back to this garage and needed to feel safe behind the wheel. I booked the car in at Ewloe Hall Motors for a test drive, their words was “that’s scary we will put it on the ramp”, they found the problem straight away and now my car finally feels safe to drive. They also confirmed the CV boot is not new, I said had my suspicions with the clips being rusty after only 4 weeks! I’ve been back to CQ Tyres who denied the fault being a unsured ball joint, but to be honest after I’ve had the ball joint secured the car feels like a car should, hopefully you can make your own judgment. I’ll never return to CQ Tyres or recommend anyone.

After trying several different places around deeside area and one even saying its will take hours to do, these guys helped get a broken locking wheel nut out. Only took them minutes to removed, also sorted out a replacement tyre out. Thank you so much. I would high recommend.
