Very helpful staff. Quick to book me in for an air con recharge and anti bacterial treatment. All done in an hour and now my car is nice and cool with a fresh new smell. Great service.

Having a puncture as a result of driving over a nail , I needed a quick replacement due to an imminent hospital appointment. My Ford Ka doesn't come with a spare. ATS Tyres had the size I needed in stock. I attend their Denbigh unit + my tyre was checked. I was advised my tyre was repairable and within minutes it was. I'm impressed . ATS could have just sold me a new tyre but they didn't. I'm pleased to have found an honourable retailer. Thank you ATS.

Called ahead to inquire about having our exhaust repaired. The main reason I was calling was to ensure they could help me given the size of my vehicle, a 16 passenger Treka Mobility Plus bus. Told I would need to make an appointment which I was happy to do, only I again asked, would the size/height/length be an issue. And again I was told it was not a problem but they are a few staff short this week so they couldn't get me in for a few days. Understood and I was fine with that. Showed up a few days later to my appointment only to be told they can't help me as the bus was too big. I CALLED AHEAD FOR THAT REASON. Waste of my time and days waiting on an appointment. When a customer brings that much attention to something maybe LISTEN and figure it out rather than just waste people's time. Not the first issue we've had with this centre, definitely will be the last.

Amazing on way to work my exhaust snapped they welded it back together top professional know their stuff
