ATS Euromaster Wrexham

My wife took are car for rear brake pads they said £300 ! Would need discs as well on a car with less than 20,000 miles on the clock ! Went somewhere else said discs were fine . Avoid .

Five star service from ATS Wrexham, again. Sound advice, swift ordering of a replacement tyre, tyres fitted and tracking done all to the time scale said. May cost a bit more than others, but these guys know their stuff, and help keep you safe. Many thanks.

Awful. Terrible customer service. Not convinced they know what they are doing! Took my car to three garages after here and every mechanic rolled their eyes at what had been said. Use you local garage.

I was walking past, and asked a question regarding A/C re-charge, the person I spoke to, was unhelpful,arrogant and obnoxious, I apologised to him for wasting his time. I found somewhere else to get the work done

Only a fleeting visit to get the exhaust looked at. Helpful, quick and useful advice. Could not fix the problem as parts could not be delivered within 2 days.

I had 2 front tyres fitted on my vehicle at this branch in early October, when I returned home ( I only live 3 miles away) I noticed that one of the spokes on my O/SF alloy rim had been slightly damaged, damage that was not present before I took my car in for the tyres to be fitted.
I contacted customer serviced on 6/10/21 the day I had my tyres fitted.
After various emails I received an email today (almost 4 weeks later ) informing me that, low and behold the 'Technicians' have denied any liability, what a surprise.
I feel that I have received very poor customer service.
ATS therefore does not accept liability and the cost of the repair will have to be met by myself.
You live and learn so next time I have new tyres fitted I will:
a: Take photos of the rims before I drop my car off.
b: Not use ATS Wrexham again.
I would not recommend ATS Wrexham to my friends and family and will purchase my tyres from another service provider in the future.

Assumed this was a friendly, professional and a trustworthy place.

Answering the phone and convenient location in city center are positive factors, but my experience wasn't that good.

AC re-gassed with anti bacterial treatment to eliminate the odours coming out of the AC. Had no difference after the treatment so changed the pollen filters too. Upon contacting them booked an anti bacterial treatment again free of charge. Again the issue is still there but they say all done. I might be missing something here🤔
