ATS Euromaster Cwmbran

Totally overpriced and poor customer service. Dropped car off at 08:30 for new pads and discs. Was told at 12:00 they couldn't fit rear brakes as car has electric handbrake and they didn't have equipment required, so just went with the front. When asked for suggestions to take it front desk replied "don't know" I later phoned dealership and found ATS were £140.00 more expensive than Citroën!!!! Finally got the car back at 16:45. Will not be using this place again.

Booked in for 0930 . Delayed start apologised for . Work then carried out efficiently. Small problem with 2 tyres they were honest with me and we sorted it to our benefit. Thank you .

Friendly helpful staff, customer waiting area needs updating and tea/coffee facilities would be good.

Great garage reasonably priced and great staff can't fault this place would recommend to anyone

When I got there wasn't able to help because of "staff shortages" really?
A bit like every other ATS in the area over worked and under staffed.
I work in a power station, I don't see staff shortages there putting the lights out though eh?
Just shows ATS is poorly run and managed.

Hour and a half to fit two front tyres on a pre booked appointment, won’t use again, far too slow

Staff here are extremely helpful, professional and not at all pushy, especially the gentleman at reception who answered all my questions and queries honestly. Booking an appointment was easy and my car was taken in as soon as I arrived. 4 tyres & tracking done in 45 minutes. Would recommend to everyone :)
