ATS Euromaster Llandrindod Wells

These guys are so friendly and helpful! They got me out of a tight spot when I punctured a tyre and limped in on my spare tyre. I had to get it changed so I could tow my caravan back to the other side of the country. I also sheered off my locking nut so I could get the spare off. But they managed it and got me back on the road.

Went for MOT and it failed. Fair enough. Told them to sort it out and to fix everything including advisory. Got and agreed price. Car dropped off two days later and Everything fixed but then was told price quoted didn't included a few things on there that were failures. And more advisories....should of been picked up first time....
Girlfriend stood her ground on the price (as I was in work) but I wanted everything done and for it to not show advisories. I want my vehicle 100% not just nearly 100%. Work was done and MOT passed but not happy with after service.

I took my car to ATS Euromaster for an AirCon re-gas and found the customer service to be first class. Stuart on reception was very helpful and importantly the work carried out was perfect. My car now has nice cold air conditioning. Very pleased.

Sadly I have to report that they have seriously let me down this last couple of weeks.
Having called twice and been promised a call back when the part was in to then been told on the third call that they would look into what's happening and promised a call back that day and still not one call.
Sadly disappointed 😞

They changed my rear brake pads on my BMW M3 with no fuss. They did a professional job and the cost was less than main dealer.

Just went in with a slow puncture and explained i was only passing through if they could help. I could see they were busy but the gentleman i spoke to still helped me. Can't fault them!
