Impeccable service at Pontypool site. I have taken both my own cars and my wife's (plus our daughter) and can't fault their service & workmanship. You always get regular updates, with quotes to how much the work will cost. Never had this from any other independent garage. Very friendly on the phone and in person. Just look for the wavy man!! 👍

Had a problem with my tyre pressure sensor and valves. Popped in to ask for help within half hour the sensor and valves was replaced and on my way very professional and has earned them 2 new customers!

Took my car for two new tyres as I hadn't noticed how bad they were. Was told I needed a new track rod end as my front tyre had a huge amount of play in it, and my rear suspension had snapped. Put the fear of God into me, making out my car was extremely dangerous to drive and the cost of the repair, which needed doing immediately, would be £460. Had the tyres done and took the car to my regular garage who checked the vehicle thoroughly, he showed me the movement in the tyre, which was so minimal he said it didn't need doing straight away but he would advise it due to me needing to get my tracking done. The suspension had snapped but it wouldn't cause any issues and I could wait until payday to have this done, total cost of the repair was £150. Safe to say we won't be using them again.

Bought car from local dealer they had 4 new tyres put on. I've been back twice because of pressure, then gave up and went to Tyres 57 the problem was that Autocentre hadn't cleaned the rust from the rims , I'm now now back in Tyre57 to get another tyre fixed same pro lem, not a happy chappy...

Had 2 new tyres last week on my wife's car and asked them to do the tracking. They said they couldn't do it for some reason .and now my wife says it's driving all over the place. Took it to my local garage and they say the tracking is all over the place and the air in the tyres have 39 and 37 psi .when it should be 32 .won't be going there again shocking work
