Efficient, friendly service. Explained what I needed and sorted it out very quickly, no hanging about.

Called in here, on the off chance, as I heard a rattling under the car. They checked it out immediately, couldn't find any fault, and didn't charge. I was really grateful.

Helpful staff, got my puncture tyre fixed with ease.

It can be a bit intimidating for some to go into a garage, especially if they are not mechanically minded, but I can tell you that you have nothing to worry about if you visit the guys at Bathwick. They are all friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely want to help you. I completely recommend using them and thank them for all the help they've given me. 👍

Used them several times for tyre replacements or repairs. Can't fault the customer service given or the works done to the car/tyres. Always found them to be good value for money in terms of parts/labour compared to some other competitors. Always been very happy with my experiences.

Great service. Staff is honest and the work etiquette is really good. Would definitely recommend.

Update: went there again and the experience was completely different. Also I lost one of my hub covers as they mounted them back like in the photo below. They could have just said they don’t know how to do it, maybe the owner of the car knows and will not drive away just to find out his hub cover is missing. Disappointed.

Discussed my the high prices. Went to my local tyre place near me almost half the price.

Pre-ordered tyres and fitting time. Tyres not in stock on arrival. Staff very apologetic.
