ATS Euromaster Pembroke

Had to update this review from five stars, always been VERY happy with them - we took our car for a service and MOT just before the lock down. The car was serviced correctly (good job) BUT we did find scratches and one big one on the rear wing of our Mazda, maybe someone leaned back to sit on the wing or they dropped something on to the car?

I popped in as I had run over a large boulder at the side of the road, moving out of the way of an emergency vehicle and dislodged a sound deadening panel under the car. The guy had it up in a lift and sorted in less than 5 mins and refused to charge me - a miracle in these modern times!

Always busy and you can see why - they are friendly and super-efficient. I am particularly grateful that when I popped in to get the aircon done on my Skoda Octavia, they also checked when the MOT was due and reminded me so I didn't miss the date. Many thanks.

Twice this year I've used ATS (Well Hill, Pembroke), at short notice as, a result of road damage to tyres and, on both occasions, they have responded positively and rapidly, obtaining replacements and fitting these on the same day. On this occasion, the tyre was a low profile for a Volkswagen UP! which I have usually been required to preorder.
The garage is clean and tidy, plus there's a designated waiting area for customers. You're greeted courteously at reception and treated with dignity. My only gripe is smoking, which is my personal dislike, as this isn't a smoke free zone, hence 4* review.

Can't thank these guys enough, our front tire popped just 5 mins up the road from them, and even though they were busy they fitted us in straight away and replaced both front tires and did the tracking for us as well!! Super friendly and helpful!!

Brilliant service. Got a puncture in the middle of nowhere. RAC said 6 hours. These guys had it fixed in an hour. Thank you so much!

This was my first visit to ATS in Pembroke for an MOT. Really friendly and helpful staff, will most certainly use them again.
