Rob was really helpful, professional, and delivered a quick turnaround. It's nice to deal with a good mechanic who also has a talent for keeping customers happy.

Quality tyres are more expensive than I remember from years gone by, but the Pirelli ones I wanted came in on a next day delivery (as quoted) and the 4 month payment scheme is also very straightforward to use. It only took about 5 minutes to complete.

I will definitely go back to Rob and the team there if I need any help with tyres or brakes in the future.

Had a tyre problem just outside Breacon on our way to hols,got to this garage only to be told 1 1/2 hr wait .I asked if they could put the space saver on instead and was told no and also told I couldnt do it my self on their forecourt ,what a helpful chap .I can only say that the garage just 3mins away, Ian Jones Tyres could not have been more helpful
