I’ve been using Jacks tyres for a couple of years now. I’ve had new tyres, a new exhaust and new shock absorbers. They’re service is second to none , fast, efficient, friendly, reasonable rates , but more importantly when we’ve been living in our campervan they’ve jumped through hoops to get us back on the road.

2nd visit today. Bulb sorted, fitted quickly splits as usual. Always come here despite being 30 miles away. And yes have some womens magazines in. Lol

Not at all happy. Wrong valve fitted causing tyre to go flat and be ruined when driving along. Actually had the cheek to charge me for a replacement tyre - apparently it was my responsibility to inform them a special valve was needed when it was obvious due to the valve bring situated in the inner barrel as opposed to the normal outward facing position. Ended up negotiating a discount, shouldn't have paid a penny imo. Certainly won't be returning.

Got these guys to put new tyres on and they haven't balanced my wheel when they said the did I went back to give them the chance to put it right and whatever they did was wrong because my steering wheel was still shaking and then j went to newtown tyres and found out they dint even put all the weights on the wheel that was ment to be on there a joke of a garage take your money ells where
