Excellent, informed and caring service by UKIRAC staff, particularly by Zainab and Leila. They made our visit to their office relaxed and a positive experience, yet they were very effective and efficient in their job as well as communicating in a very pleasant and professional manner.
Ehsan did a good job of the required processes. He could make the experience better if he was more relaxed and smiled occasionally.
As a manger of the office, I suggested to him to consider providing refreshments whilst their customers wait for the processes to be completed. I hope he considers this suggestion.

Zainab is one of the best person who I have come across in the Iranian Embassy. She has been so patient and helpful and sort my application process professionally. You are lucky if you can get hold of her. God Bless

Been here few times for many applications, my visa and passports and power of attorneys - lovely guy ehsan he sorted it all out in no time. Speaks English all setup was very organized. Very happy with the service and highly recommend them.

An excellent service by the whole staff and the manager Mr. Ehsan. . Strongly recommended. The patience, professionalisn and doing the job from A to Z for his clients is only an example of great customer service. He is doing an extra mile for all clients equally. Zero star, very poor service. No one answers the phone. Power of attorney is £15 at embassy, UKIRAC is charging £145. £145is just to take my payment and issue a reference number. I have to do everything else. What is this?

Found Zainab, Leila and Ehsan very very helpful and they were very welcoming. At the consulate if anyone couldn’t get the help wanted, people automatically referred them to UKIRAC. “Go and see Zainab & they will help you out” was the reassuring words people gave each other at consulate.
