Please do not go near especially if you happen to be from a different ethnic group as the owners/managers.Wish I could give 0 stars

Lied to time and time again when organisation simply did not want to help.

Words not able to fully express the hurt, anger, confusion and simple oppression caused by these people. The Creator and Witness to all is ultimately the one we leave our affairs to and the one I ask to be the witness and judge in our families recent experience with this company.

If you go on Hajj and Umrah you have to choose Amaana Tours. With access to some knowledgeable and studious sheikhs they run a smooth ship. Brilliant. Will definitely use them again.

Recently went to Hajj with Amaana Tours, me and my wife our first pilgrimage.

Was pleased from the off, visited the shop and was given all the info I needed, the packages were clearly explained.
Weekend before our departure, they organised lovely seminar briefing day where the Scholars who accompanied us to the trip came and gave reminders and tips on preparation and the actual journey itself.

We were given goody bags and plenty of prep documents as well as food and refreshments being provided by them.

The actual journey began with their accompanying us every step of the way from UK all the way to the Holy Mosques.

Great accommodation and we were constantly updated and advised upon every junction of the journey and not to forget the most imperative aspect to it all was the constant spiritual support we received from the scholars at hand.

Would very much recommend this place for the best journey of a lifetime

Assalamualaikum

Absolutely amazing experience for my family, and the whole experience was 'as it says on the tin', as per the Amaana Team. May Allah reward the whole Amaana team, especially the one's who worked tirelessly in the background. The team also included excellent Shayks who encouraged everyone throughout this journey with positive and encouraging thoughts.

At each step of the journey, the Amaana team communicated well with all the Hujajj as to what to expect in the next stage. If there were any unexpected changes, once again they communicated this to all, and in fact 'went over and beyond their duty', in a couple of instances.

Jazakallah khair for this wonderful experience. May Allah accept all the Hujajj's duas and actions....Ameen.

Will definitely recommend the group inshallah.

Trust worthy brothers. Returned all of our funds for Hajj 2020 which was cancelled due to covid. No issues or excuses presented. Returned money in full. May Allah bless their business with much barakah. Ameen

Have used this well known company to organise Umrah Visa applications. They defaced and destroyed the cover of 7 passports by shamelessly sticking a large (over half the size of the passport cover) advertising sticker on perfectly clean and new passports. These stickers have industrial strength stickiness and cannot be removed, leaving a large white patch on your passport.

To add insult to injury, the indifferent man at the desk shrugged and LIED to me by saying ... "thats just what we do, its a requirement of Saudi Embassy, we have to do that, we cannot staple or clip anything else on because that is how they identify the passports ...we must put our sticker on it". He then turned away and ignored me, only telling me that I should email in if I have a problem.

What astounded me was the dismissive and arrogant manner in which he tried to ignore my concern, by lying to me. Having had passports sent to the Saudi Embassy in London many times over previous years by other well known travel agents, for family, business, Umrah and Hajj visas, no other company we have used has blatantly and shamelessly tried to advertise themselves on our passports. We also know for a FACT that the Saudi Embassy does not require agents to stick an advertising sticker with their company name, slogan and picture of the Ka'aba on each passport.

If you are intending on using this company for any services that require you to hand over your passport, please expect them to use your passport as an advertising platform, and then lie to you or dismiss your concerns when you question their reason for doing so. You should then expect to spend hours trying to remove the stickers and clean your passport covers.

I for one will be recommending anybody and everyone I know from now on, NOT to use such a firm at all, due to their total disregard for customers property. I found it to be an insult, as did my family members when they saw their defaced passports.

I would welcome the comments from Yaseen or Yunus Patel, or Zishaan or Rihaan Anjum, the Directors of this company, to explain why they see fit to deface a customers passport with their advertising, or alternatively to defend their position that it is a 'requirement' of the visa application process to attach a colourful sticker with their company logo, slogan, website address and a picture of the Ka'aba on it; it would be highly enlightening to hear them justify this action.

I travelled to Hajj with them in 2018. Alhamdulillah it was such a pleasant experience. They had a seminar prior to departure to get us acquainted with the logistics and meet the shuyukh.
Everything was very well organised with regular lectures and spiritual lessons.
I would highly recommend these brothers for your Hajj experience.
