Simply Caribbean made booking our family holiday completely seamless and easy. After finding out what we wanted from our trip to St Lucia, Natasha sent us a few options which were all so perfect that it was hard to choose one! Once we'd made the decision everything was taken care of by her team. The holiday itself was absolutely perfect and amazing value for money. Honestly couldn't recommend Simply Caribbean more highly (and in fact my parents and several friends have since booked with them).

We had the most amazing good service from Natasha Griffin at Simply Caribbean, ably supported by Keziah. Natasha saw us through 2 years of Covid restrictions, always on hand, cancelling and rebooking as the need arose and always getting us the best deal possible. We could not have found better support anywhere and we are frequent travellers. I could not recommend Natasha at Simply Caribbean, more highly. She has our thanks for a wonderful holiday, taking in 4 different islands, always there for us, with her meticulous attention to detail.

Wow Gina was amazing!! She organised our family holiday to Mexico and she thought of everything. She recommended a great all inclusive hotel with massive rooms to meet the needs of our family. We had meals booked in advance, information on trips, regular updates on admin we needed to complete and flight and transfer details. We would recommend Simply Caribbean Luxury Holidays without a doubt. They were recommended to us by friends in Sevenoaks and they truly go above and beyond any travel agents I've ever experienced before. Thank you Gina - you're an absolute star (and Natasha too who I had the pleasure of dealing with too) - your knowledge and response time to emails is second to none!

Natasha and the team at Simply Caribbean are a credit to the Travel Industry. We have booked several times with them for holidays to St Lucia, Barbados & Grenada and always receive the same friendly, efficient & competitively priced service. That said the main reason we return year after year is their knowledge and recommendations, these guys really know the Caribbean and once they know what you are after they will be able to offer you the perfect match of location and resort.

I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Simply Caribbean. They really listened to what I wanted out of the holiday and put together the perfect break! They took care of all transfers and it was great to have someone else pull together all the paper work needed. Highly recommend using them and also going to Saint Lucia! I definitely will be again!

I can't speak highly enough of Simply Caribbean. The service they provide is absolutely incredible. We have never travelled to the Caribbean before and Simply Caribbean talked through our personal requirements and tailored our holiday to perfectly suit the needs of our family. They then arranged for our holiday to be delayed when our kids caught covid and couldn't travel. Whilst we were on holiday there were news reports of St Lucia going on the UK red list and Simply Caribbean contacted us directly to reassure us they would do everything they could to get us home if needed. Fortunately it wasn't necessary but just knowing that they were taking care of everything for us meant we could relax and enjoy our holiday. I don't think I ever waited more than 30 minutes for a response to an email. Amazing personal touch and I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again.
