We had an excellent day on this excursion. Great, informed but entertaining information on the history of the copper industry in the Swansea area.
Would thoroughly recommend a trip on the @Copperjack to visitors and Swansea residents!

We visited during the first week of the Easter Holidays and expected it to be really busy but it was just our group and another group. The guides had amazing knowledge and we loved hearing them talk about the history of the Tawe and Swansea. The boat ride was smooth despite the windy and choppy water outside, and the boat itself was really comfortable to sit in throughout the tour. Would recommend to anyone visiting!

Very knowledgeable tour guide made this trip a delight for all age groups. Fully accessible for wheelchair users, including the loo. Boat was spotlessly clean. Really enjoyed this trip, a hidden gem that is worth doing for both locals and tourists alike. The boat has a roof so although we went on a sunny day, it's one to bear in mind for rainy days too.

Took a group of 27 on the boat today and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the trip and the commentary about the history of the copper industry. The commentator was extremely knowledgeable about other things apart from the historical aspect.
The boat was clean, everything was well organised and chair service for hot and cold drinks!
Many of the group will be back for another trip in the Copper Jack.
It's definately a must if you're in Swansea.

I went on the hottest day last week which was 32°C. It was a good experience minus the fact that there was no AC. For a 90 min ride, it was making everyone slightly uncomfortable. The experience is very interesting though!

Very enjoyable trip. The guide was knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. Easy access for the mobility challenged in our group.
