Large hillside with lots of wooded areas .great for children to play hide and seek and run around and get muddy. Only toilets at bottom of the very steep zigzag path though. So quite a walk down and back up again. Too far for them on their own.

Another nice spot for a walk with kids and dogs. Countryside views, woodland, fields and pretty village. Parking is free behind the Selborne Arms pub, plenty of spaces and toilets are available. Steep climbing up but if you turn right after the gates then flat footpath (not suitable for prams) takes you around the field and into the village. There is another nice walk just behind the church (across the main road) with the stream. High street although on the main road looks really beautiful with thatched houses.

Wonderful wooded walk. If you go up the zig zag path, be prepared for a good climb up to the top but the view is definitely worth it!

Amazing, peaceful walk. Saw three people in the first 15 minutes and were then alone to wander, pick blackberries and admire the common. Kestrels were calling, the sun was shining and it couldn't have been a better escape and decompress from normal life.
