Thia really is the most beautiful place to visit, with lots of things to do for children. At the moment they have a santas grotto. This centre is right next door to The Wildlife Reserve so walking distance. There is plenty of parking and a Cafe, Gift shop, Visitor centre, Picnic facilities and Toilets. The staff are really friendly and we had a chat with some of the birdwatchers that visit to use the hides dotted around.

Fun place with a wide selection of activities for children.
All detailed on the Kent wildlife Trust website, I also found them helpful on the phone when I've called to make enquiries.
Has a little cafe on site sells snacks and hot and cold drinks and a gift shop, toilets and a large free car park. There is a nature based learning play garden area that little people (and adults) will enjoy along with plenty of beautiful nature enriched woods and open water to enjoy.
Only downside for me was no dogs are allowed so our furry friend missed out on the fresh air and exploration trip.
We have been to a forest school with this branch of the Trust and can highly recommend the experience, very apt and my little one has a new feather for his cap on how to safely prepare a fire whilst considering the impact on nature and her surroundings.
I will certainly return here.

A beautiful, peace, oasis. I love being at this place, sometimes to walk, other times to sit & enjoy surroundings. Always put my name down for activities & talks which are excellent. After joining in Fungi Forage I can't walk in woods or look at trees & not search. Loved The Stick Man day & pond dipping. Hugely recommend.

Excellent walking with a variety of wildlife. Cafe sells snacks, ice cream and hot drinks. Also a shop with bird feed and feeders.

This place is worth a visit combines a small gift shop, education section with exhibition of wild life that has and currently reside at the Wildlife reserve. There is a cafe doing coffees, teas and cold drinks With a rang of sandwiches and icecreams and iced lollypops some are deary free so good for people that can't have milk or are Vegan.
Nice picnicking are.
Staff are all volunteers and very friendly and helpful.

Very good unspoiled wildlife reserve. Even in summer there are still lots of things to be seen.

Usual service and stock selection. All very well Covid prepared.
(Update 2022). Sadly , Pay to park now. So popping in for a sit and coffee no longer a choice for us. Makes the coffee and probable item purchase too expensive.
