We had a wonderful morning with Helen and her boys (Barney, Bubbles and Penfold). We have been on a few different alpaca walks but this was by far the best. It’s so lovely to see that the alpacas are clearly very happy. They are all really friendly and have their own quirky characters. We loved seeing them enjoying a shower at the end too. The walk across Dartmoor was beautiful, with some stunning scenery. Helen is very friendly and knowledgeable and you can see how much she loves her alpacas and the sheep too. We’ll definitely be booking a trek again next time we’re in the area.

Myself and two children have recently attended one of the animal experiences with the alpacas and sheep. We all had a wonderful time. The information shared before hand was really helpful and ensured we gained the most from the experience. Helen was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. She clearly cares very much for the animals who were wonderful and engaging with us all. The site is clean and well presented and provides a fabulous immersive experience in a beautiful location. We shall definitely be visiting again. Can highly recommend. Thank you Helen x

Such a fun thing to do to have a one on one experience with these wonderful creatures and to learn about them whilst trekking across the beauty of Dartmoor. I loved that their wellbeing is paramount, but you can still enjoy a snuggle as well as a walk.

We didn't quite know what to expect, but based on my correspondences with Helen, we knew we would be in for an unique experience. She is a lovely host and so good with the children..the kiddies (6 and 7) loved her! The alpacas are lovely too and with her clear instructions, they (and the adults) had a blast. We took an easy route because of the children (and because we arrived late) but a full-on trek would be a great experience I am sure.
Bring Helen 's first-ever guests from hot and humid Singapore made us feel ever so special..glad to have made the effort to get to you, Helen! Many thanks. The kids will talk about this for a long time. Merry Christmas 🎄

We had a wonderful visit with Helen and her alpacas and sheep. We visited 3 other alpaca farms during our trip and this was our favourite! The alpacas were lovely and Helen told us a little bit about each of their personalities, which were all so surprisingly different.

Having done the trekking which was stunning, I booked the Animal Experience for some family in this less than hospitable weather! It was nice and cosy in the Alpaca House and as ever Helen was charming and entertaining and so knowledgeable about her boys! Definitely recommend a visit!

Amazing experience walking these lovely alpacas. Helen, the owner, is the most amazing host you could ever wish to meet. This was our 2nd trek and we will be back
