One of the best National Trust park in Surrey. As always kept very tidy and neat. Today the weather was just perfect for a walking tour within the Trust. Tea room was open. A variety of ice creams, cookies and snacks were available. Kids enjoyed the nature whilst us the adults enjoyed the arboretum views, the trees and the nature. Must visit place

Great Park with a lake for walking with the whole family. Can easily spend 2 to 3 hours here walking, plenty of benches for resting and grass for picnics. The main attraction for me is the lake at the bottom, although they have a nice cafe at the entrance. Autumn is best as you can see pretty red leaves contrasting with yellow and green leaves. The paths are not tarmac nor flat and can be steep in places so I wouldn't say its very accessible, and make sure you wear appropriate footwear. The only toilets are near the entrance so bear that in mind. Plenty of car parking is available although can be busy at peak times, like in autumn for viewing the autumn colours. Mobile reception is patchy if that's important.

Great place to see fall colours. Fun day out for the family ..the paths are fairly easy to walk and the whole park can be covered in 2-3 hours at a leisurely pace. The cafe outside was a pleasant surprise, we are vegetarians and usually have low expectations but on the day we had the option to order 2 different veggie soups plus 2 veggie pasties...overall a great way to spend the day with family. The kids play area is a nice bonus.

Fantastic place for a healthy walk. There are quite a lot of steps and the autumn colours make it worth it. There is no much places for picnic and benches are limited.
The playground is fantastic with a massive tree house. Conquers, chestnuts and leaves falling from the trees in October is an amazing experience.
Plenty parking with no extra cost.

Beautiful scenery, stunning views. I felt like I was looking at a painting.
Well worth the drive there to see it.
We had to book in advance as it's fully packed.
There's lots of parking, a cafe and toilets.
I didn't see any bins on the route.
We saw many couples with prams.
Lovely route, however we did get lost and ended up having to walk a long way back up yhe road, better signage in some areas would be good.

Nice family day out. In Autumn (late October) the colours are beautiful.
3 walking trails of different lengths with plenty of benches for sitting and observing your surroundings.
There is a cafe there as well but when we got there late afternoon they had closed because they ran out of food.

We enjoyed a long walk through the gardens. The fall colors were on full display! The paths were well marked and. Interesting. We enjoyed lunch outdoors from their cafe - the food was really good! A delightful way to spend a fall day!

-Great place for walks. Nor too big not too small. If you want to see it all give yourself at least 2/3 hours to walk around and enjoy the views.

- Nice benches around to sit down to have some rest or a snack if you want/ need to.

Best to go in autumn time as the changing of the colours of the leaves is stunning.

Has some nice hills if you want to feel like you want to challenge yourself a bit in nature and burn extra calories. But also has plain areas to walk. Ideal for all ages.

Many Children and adults alike enjoy feeding the ducks in the big pond/ lake! You might do too. :)
