I can’t stay enough about the Peak District it’s just so overwhelmingly beautiful. It doesn’t matter where you go there, you will not be disappointed. It’s just gorgeous. Castleton is a lovely quaint place to begin an explore of the area. Mam Tor is just stunning in any weather and the view from Winnats Pass is awesome. Just go there. It’s worth the drive. There’s tons to do there.

What an amazing walk, even with the wind blowing a gale and taking my breath away. Spent 3 hours walking along the route. Some amazing views from the top

Absolutely love the peak district. Some fabulous places to go on adventure and discover from Mam tor to Kinder scout and much more Mum tour has a great car park at the bottom of it and a really easy walk which would take 15 20 minutes for youngsters to walk up. Absolutely stunning, sunsets and sunrises to be seen from here. Even better is Kinder scout but is a much bigger walk, especially taking Jacob's ladder which is not Easy but worth every step once at the top

Breathtaking views 🤩⛰️
Although I'm too unfit to climb this high so the stairs were also 'breathtaking 🥵', thank god I survived and made it to the top! It wasn't easy so bare that in mind if you are unfit 🥲
Car park not very conveniently divided into a few smaller bits where you can't really see if there are any spaces so you just get in, see there's no space and have to reverse back through all those people walking around as there's not enough space to turn around, unless you have a smart fortwo 🤓🛺
It was very windy too, like REALLY windy, take a windproof jacket with you ☝️

Absolutely amazing place to walk, definitely recommend even just for the scenery. It's a national Trust place but parking is limited need to get here early and it's £6 for the entire day.

Parked below Mam Tor and hiked Lord's Seat and Brown Knoll. If you are after a great Trig away from most of Society then hike this route. September and I had 3 layers on. It was crisp but well worth it.

Amazing day with family and friends, spectacular scenery and some outstanding photo opportunities.
Challenging in some parts and easier in others, perfect to build up your stamina.
Il be going back again without question.

If you love natural scenery , the Peak district is a sure go to place. But do note lots of walking and climbing so be prepared to gear up.
