If you need to know about Lincoln this is the place to be. Friendly, knowledgeable staff will do their best to get you the information you require. Small gifts also available from the shop.

Nice little shop. Friendly and helpful staff. You may find souvenirs and little gifts here. Beautiful German Christmas decorations and nativity scene. We bought Lincoln visitors information booklet here. Recommended for a quick stop before you explore steep hill street and Lincoln Cathedral.

Nice shop with friendly, helpful and professional staff. Good starting point when visiting the city. Good selection of gifts. Popped in last week to collect the Uphill Lincoln Pumpkin Trail, which was good fun to complete. Need to submit my answers now! Thank you

My husband and I had a good stay in Lincoln. We even attended a Covid style evensong in the cathedral. Wonderful to hear singing after so long
I was a bit shocked to see a display of poppy themed gifts in the tourist information centre that were not linked to the poppy appeal. I think this was deliberately misleading. The poppy patterned scarf looked exactly like one for sale on the British Legion website.

A predecessor of mine lived in this building in 1800's. Changed a bit since then I guess.

I unfortunately broke a painted Lincoln glass bauble while decorating our Christmas tree, which I bought a few years ago at the Lincoln Christmas fayre. My son was attending the university.
I got in touch with the Lincoln visitor center to see if they could replace the bauble. I spoke to Jennie who was so nice and helpful who then sent me the exact designed bauble.
Just wanted to say thankyou to Jennie for her kindness, much appreciated
