A character hotel located on the seafront with easy access to the shops and sea front walks. The staff are friendly and the food is nice. Keep an eye out for King Colin whose portrait can be found behind reception, he's usually sunbathing in the lounge.

The staff know what is going on in the area as well as things and places to see. Loads of leaflets many with money off vouchers. They also know the best times to visit places. It's not a very big place but if you're looking for help finding stuff to do they are the people to see.

Due to covid every thing was very organized so booked swimming and restaurant in advance caravan was sealed after being cleaned.so all nice and safe.staff as always very polite and friendly had a great time with my daughter and 2 granddaughter s thanks.

The man in the office on Saturday 17th at midday was incredibly rude. The next time I walk past he is having a cigarette with one foot in the door and one foot out. I asked for the nearest cashpoint and walked out in disgust. If this is the best Burnham can do then we won't be back. I want to reiterate I do not appreciate being treated in such a manner. Please deal with this guy is because he is no advert for Burnham

Fairly standard Tourist information, but there is lots of parking nearby,. The same block also has a cafe and separate toilets.
