Coming home from Brighton in the late evening with my young daughter, I found myself in need of a reliable recovery service. My breakdown provider was stating 3 hours, so I found Star Automotive online and within 25 mins he was towing my car. The gentleman has great customer service skills,an extensive knowledge about cars(told me exactly what the cause of the breakdown was) and reasonably priced. Thank you so much!

We discussed the predicament.
I sent a short clip over WhatsApp so they could assess the situation.

They said they could we'd be there in 28 minutes. Paid with a priviso that if they could assist they would refund the fee.

Polite and organised. Had a plan to solve the situation and I was on my way I next to know time.
