My car was written off and could only be recovered by grabber. Found CRS on Google, rang them and arranged recovey to scrap merchants. V5 and keys collected an hour later. Within 24 hrs of the accident car was no longer in my name and confirmation sent via text and email. I was so impressed, can't recommend highly enough. Thank you.
