Huge thanks to Greg and his team when my car broke down at Alton Towers (150 miles away from home with my boys). The service from GDB recovery was exceptional. Greg gave us an estimated time for recovery and communicated with us until we were safe. Special thanks to Paul & Josh for collecting my car and to Karl who fixed my car when I needed it. We are all safely home now and very grateful for GDB recovery for saving us!

I managed to get a post stuck between by rear wheel and the wheel arch, called GDB recovery, sent a few photographs, was messaged back straight away with the cost, confirmed I wanted to go ahead, paid and a lovely chap in a jeep with a winch came out and pulled my car clear without any further damage. I called GDB requesting a recovery for a motorcycle from the M6 to an address 24 miles away. I was quoted £380 and 90 minute delay. I asked the man to repeat the quote in case I had misunderstood.

I will let the reader draw his own conclusions about the wisdom of calling these people when they need recovery near Stafford.

Personally I think the heat has been getting to some people.

Absolute amazing service from start to finish. Made the collection of the car through insurance so easy, kept us more informed on what was going on than the insurance an underwriters did, answered all our questions and generally couldn't do enough for us. We dealt with Greg, who is a credit to this business.
