This visit was very nice.
A coffee machine was set up with biscuits and cold water on the side. His was great as hot water was needed to refill the flask for baby food.
The space between the cars on display was wide enough to push a buggy/stroller/pushchair/pram through in a situation where the little one is restless.
There is a traditional wooden changing station with a shower available in case of blowouts. However, the table is in need of a good cleaning.
The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and well dressed. They were so very nice!
The environment is quiet.
The vehicles are fairly priced; new cars might be a bit of a wait to receive though.
All in all, a really nice experience

Kept me waiting for more than 4 hours saying they’ve sent someone to fetch the car that sales assistant was bragging about it! I was very disappointed when I saw the car after waiting that long! The descriptions they provided to get me tempted and wait for ages were miles away from the actual car! Mileage was 31k instead of 25k!! Stone dent on the bonnet, scratches inside and around door handle and many more imperfections for the price! Very disappointing service.

I visited my local branch to get my front wiper assessed and fixed after noticing it wasn't working on my morning school run. I am a nurse and had a rough 12 hours the previous night so I woke up late and still had my pj's on. After walking in, I was not greeted by anyone and had to approach staff myself after standing there for a good while. I was told to wait some more for someone else so I did just that at the 'help desk'. Not long after another customer stood behind me and a staff member came out, walked right passed me and gave attention the the gentleman behind asking "hello sir, how can I help?". I said nothing after she totally ignored me like I was invisible. Stood there about another 10 minutes and had to ask again to be seen. After booking an appointment for later in the day, I wondered why I was being treated that way. I got ready and headed back for my 2pm apt. Upon arrival I was getting so much more attention and then the staff member who attended to me looked at me and said "oh you look different, you are dressed". I was in disbelief that such a comment was made just proving that I was treated badly because of the clothes I had on. The wipers were then 'fixed'. The fault was something not being properly fastened from the last time my car's a.c had to be topped up by the same branch.
I felt really bad after realising that I was treated differently because I was dressed differently.
Disappointed.

Customer consultant Hussain Ahmed kept us informed throughout the order of our Yaris Cross and daily contact towards the end. He has good knowledge of the care plans and listened to our needs. The handover was very informative and he will definitely be our contact should we need any help or extra advice.
Extremely helpful and polite young man.
