From my welcome from the reception team to the attention, care and knowledge of Paul and Barry, it was an enjoyable experience selecting a car. All the paperwork was completed by Paul, and we left with our newish car knowing the WR Davies team are available will help us if we have any questions in the future. And best of all they are all familiar faces we have seen over the passed 9 years!

I have used several Toyota dealers in the past 20 years and recently tried W R Davies in Stafford, suggested by a relative. I have been impressed by the high level of service from them and they do not push to sell you extras like paint protection and Gap insurance although these features are there if you need them. They made a generous offer for my other car in part exchange and completed much of the necessary paperwork in advance which made the whole process very easy. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wishing to buy a new or second hand vehicle.

Phil was Very kind and helpful experience when sorting out my new car as a replacement of my old one. He helped me with my old car and my new one that I have now and I wouldn't go to anyone else as I have complete trust in Phil sorting out everything that I needed to help with getting my New Car. I am so happy with everything that I have now and for all the help and the time he took through the whole process. Thank you so much again Phil.

Very pleasant and polite person. Knowledgeable about what he was selling and Graham was very helpful about changing the numberplate which worked quickly and as promised.. Wasn't pushy but came over to see if I needed any help, which was a nice change from recent experience in car showroom. Very pleased with my purchase.
