This particular railway station sits on the railway line that heads towards Colne in one direction and heads towards Blackburn and beyond in the other direction.

There are no official car parking spots available here so if you want to catch a train and leave your car here you will have to leave it in a nearby street instead.

The train station only has seating area on one of the two platforms, and there is definitely no where to shelter if the weather was to become inclement.

There are no digital information displays whatsoever at the station although there is a tannoy System to give you some idea that trains are heading one way or another.

There is a pedestrian bridge over the railway track so that you can walk from one side of the platform to the other platform if you need to do.

There are no obvious signs of bicycle racks here and also there are no signs of closed circuit television neither.

There is also no ticket machine or any staff at the station, so if you want to board a train you will have to buy a ticket beforehand or get one on a train from the conductor.
