Station is brilliant for access to London quickly, let down of this station is the horrible/miserable ticket attendant who is condescending and totally bad for South Eastern. Needs training in how to deal with public or put on any other job where he doesn't come into Contact with the public.

This station is normally busy, but even when it is, it's quick to buy a ticket and go through the gates. The staff are friendly and able to help with any enquiries or problems. It's great if you want to get to London Bridge fairly quickly, but I wish there were more places this station could take you to. Also from the outside the station looks quite run-down, so maybe if it were redecorated it'd look nicer. Regardless, a good, clean station that's quick and simple to get from A to B.

Great station, always clean. Staff are friendly the only reason I put 4 stars is because on platform 3 & 4 I couldn’t find a changing room until now. It’s kinda hidden form view (incase wondering it’s in the disability bathroom. I wish it was more visible otherwise 5 star station

A very cool unique station with a southern train every hour and every half an hour depending on peak times and quite a few south-eastern trains to London and Hastings and St Leonards! I felt like the station could be a bit more modernised however it does its job very well and is step free to the platform and has toilets and coffee shops on the platforms a few waiting rooms!
A nice lovely place with cool buses and plenty of nice people in general!

Tonbridge, is generally, a great place to visit. There's the castle with its headphones 🎧 tour, the museum, the boat ride on the river Medway, along with canoe hire. Lots of places to ear and drink too.
A very expansive park with play areas and a large sandpit.
A lot of great dog walking, bike riding areas too!
Good shops, a wide variety, to suit all an the market that's usually open at the weekend.
Overall, a pleasant place to visit 😊

Diary of a London commuter:
For the amount of money that must go through this station with the cost of a commuting ticket from Tonbridge (£35 a day) I don’t think the standard is anywhere good enough to what it should be.
The service is nearly always late, something gone wrong or striking.
Also why on almost every other train is there a load of static from the speaker constantly?
The majority of the staff are fine.

For the size of the place, the array of trains and buses is fantastic!
A nice lovely place with cool buses and plenty of nice people in general!
