Well located for Barnes High Street. I don't particularly like the station. Separate stairs for both platforms and no step free facilities. London side ticket machine is on the platform, Brentford side is halfway up the stairs. Gets a bit lonely there in the evenings. Train service is good with trains every 15 minutes each way.

This station is the closest to the River Thames and Thames Footpath, directly linking it. However access to the platforms is only possible via a bunch of stairs which can be slippery in adverse weather conditions. The station is completely unstaffed with two ticket machines on either platform. Right outside the station are frequent buses towards Mortlake, Richmond and Hammersmith.

Great view, clean platforms and seats. Very close to the high street. Spooky long walk towards archway road. Amazing experience.

A beautiful October morning, sun is out, air is cool and a majestic monument to some wonderful engineering. Barnes Bridge

The station is clean, has a ticket machine and leader board of upcoming trains. It goes quickly to Vauxhall and Waterloo in one direction in the other direction the train passes over the river. It's so close to the river and local amenities its great!
