Good station, but there's no toilets. Seating is fine.

This place needs vast improvement soon, there is almost no shelter, the cross winds are lethal. There is no rest room, the bridge is falling apart and there is NO DISABLED ACCESS across the bridge. The trains are so frequently late that connections are often missed. Also raw sewage on the track and vermin add to the health risks associated with using this terrible excuse for transport infrastructure.

I usually use the train service a lot however like most days I was stuck waiting almost 3 hours for a train to stafford. I was intending to get the 10:23 AM train however while waiting out of nowhere that train got cancelled due to a safety inspection on the train before that one. The next train available was delayed by 40 minutes. Then got cancelled as well. I'm still waiting now. Though I've resorted to asking someone to drive me there because the times are ridiculous

Please install lifts. I don't appreciate having to carry a pushchair baby and bags on my own down two very large flights of stairs. It's 2019 catch up with the rest of the world please

A typical modern station, two strips of barren windswept tarmac, just a depressing place to wait for a train. There’s not even a footpath from the road up to the station.

Windswept station with minimal weather protection, zero public conveniences, zero cross-platform access for disabled travellers and pushchair users unless you can navigate a bridge and a very overcrowded small car park with one blue badge bay. There's a gravel carpark on the lane opposite the station which isn't signposted until you're at the entrance to it. Currently £4 per day or part day.

A very cool station with good connections expect zero buses & oddly short platforms...
