Easy station to navigate, has more screens than necessary in the main entrance which makes it quick to find which platform you should be heading to.
Restrooms were clean and easy to get too. The coffee shop was a little small and cramp but service was good regardless.
Decent station for its size friendly staff had no issues when asking about routes and were polite, 5 stars.

Pretty small station but nice and clean. 2 coffee shops are working for the comfort of the passengers

The station unfortunately possesses a rude and poorly trained female ticket inspector - obviously missed the advanced customer service training session!

This was a fabulous station for both departing and arriving at, with appropriately sized platforms for my long CrossCountry services! Various boards displayed the train times and navigating around was easy due to various signs, including helping me find my way out as a visitor and the station sign itself is in strong condition. The subway helps with accessibility and seating is provided in various areas, ideal for waiting around! Cleanliness was maintained in the station and the same for the toilets when I used them, also the statue outside is an interesting addition.

The ladies toilets are grim to say the least! I have used this station for years and they’ve always been the same, toilets don’t flush properly, door locks are damaged/non existent and often no toilet paper. Please get it sorted!

Overall a good station but desperately needs WiFi now that mobile signal has become spotty on Platform 2
