Step free access from one side to the other is only possible via a long walk around the road bridge. Car parking is sub par, ticket machines fail a lot and the station sees minimal staffing.

Ashford is located in the town with the same name, the station is served by Southwest Trains, located in a quiet area, Ashford is used by commuters and travellers every single day, minus commuters on weekends. Ashford has minimal staff, a car park, and step free access between both platforms.

station itself is fine but the ticket office staff are absolutely useless. customer service is really poor and they're closed half of the time when they're supposed to be open. super unhelpful and quite rude as well (it's been like this for years)

Nice, quiet station. Station cafe looks to be opening again soon. Only has one working train board, on the very far end (literally) of platform 1; been like this for at least 3 months. Staff always seem to be really friendly and helpful.

A small station between Staines and Feltham. There are some shops outside the station.

BEWARE..... this station has no first aid kit and no first aider. My grandson fell and cut his hand.... no kit available.... he had to be taken to a shop nearby for first aid and consequently missed their train..... bad news Ashford!!!!!
