Egham

Well it’s ok but it doesn’t have atm and the ticketing machine wasn’t working

Egham is a small railway station with 2 platforms, there is a window and machine for ticket collection and a stand of bicycles to rent.

No matter what day of the week or time of day, 90% of SWR trains from Egham to Hounslow will depart late

I'm most disappointed by the service I received today. The young man behind the window with glasses forbid me from taking my service horse, Reggie, onto the train. Reggie is vital in ensuring my quality of life. He was wearing the proper attire that designates him as a support animal. I find it unacceptable that a support animal, regardless of species, is deemed improper to travel in today's society.

He was very polite about it though.

Probably in my top 6 train stations.
Removed a star because the ticket collection machines hold a grudge against me and never accept my card :(

Woman there was really unhelpful and rude. My ticket didn't load on my Trainline app and I was about to miss my train. I told her this and she was utterly useless. I'll be filling a detailed complaint about this person.

There is NO WAITING room or toilet facilities at this station. When they did the upgrade? They took away the cafe and the waiting area out of service. So now you have to freeze on the Platforms
