Hearts First Aid Training Ltd

The training was provided at our site and the communication prior to the training was excellent. On the day the facilitator was well prepared and the training was engaging and informative. Post training communication was once again faultless. We overall extremely pleased with the training provider and we would have no hesitation to recommend or use them again.

I was really nervous about attending the course but Ian and Karin made me feel at home straight away! The knowledge that they have is second to none! I have learnt so much from this first aid course and would recommend to use hearts training Ltd.

Also Ian bought us chocolates and also supplied lots of tea and coffee!

I recently completed my frec4 with Hearts first aid training. After the problems I had with my frec3 provider, I did some research and found hearts, best move I ever made, there trainers are not just teachers but seasoned hands on professional's with a wealth of frontline experience. And there training facilities are extremely well equipped.

Completed frec 3 and frec 4 through Hearts First. I did not know what to expect but I needed not worry as the trainer was incredibly patient and had a fantastic way of explaining everything! The facility and equipment were great and i thoroughly enjoyed both courses!! Would highly recommend to all!!!
